Peter has over 20 years of senior business experience, including regional positions for Nielsen Company; Telecom NZ and Unisys and providing professional services to such companies such as Publicis, Ernst & Young and the STW Group. 
Peter has recently joined Consumerology as a Director and is also Principal at Hoed Research which he has developed as a key partner for large organisations looking for insights into Customer & Brand experiences. He has been both a user and provider of Market Research and an advocate of continuous improvement in Customer Experience.
