The primary way via which Consumerology generates data from local markets is via trained Consumerologist’s who approach consumers immediately after making a purchase. For retail stores a consumer is approached post purchase as they are leaving the site. For telephone and online distribution consumers receive a call back within 5 minutes of having made a purchase.

Whilst the Consumerology matrix can (and does) accommodate the inclusion of various other methods of data entry we firmly believe that catching consumer sentiment immediately post purchase provides the truest reflection of market demands and behavior.
